GENERAL RULES OF
CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE
- Students must speak in English in and out of the school. Student speak in vernacular language will be punishable in terms of fine.
- Students are advised to attend school punctually.
- Student should not wear coloured hair clips, hunter shoes, still bangles in the school.
- The school uniform is to be worn everyday for all the school functions. Students who are slovenly dressed or not in uniform will be sent home.
- Student should complete all home assignment satisfactorily .
- It is strictly forbidden to throw anything at anywhere.
- No books (other than text books) magazine money maybe brought to the school without the teachers permission.
- Student should carry their identity card and their diary everyday.
- Pupils should maintain a high degree of honesty, courtesy and dignity benefiting the students of the school.
- Students should get the diary checked and signed everyday
- All students must be punctual about the time to attend morning assembly.
- Students who came to school in the care of attendance should never leave before the attendant arrives. In case of delay they should report to the school office.
- Students will not be allowed to go home before the expiry of the school hours unless there is a emergency of a very serious nature, and in this case, either of the parents must come to escort the students.
- Eating in the classroom when the class is on, will be considered as serious breach of discipline. Chewing gums will not be permitted.
- Parents are requested to provide sufficient tiffin to their wards.
- The school reserves the right to dismiss a student whose diligence on progress in studies is steadily unsatisfactory on whose conduct is harmful to other student.
- Parents may not visit their ward or teacher in the classroom without the permission of the principal.
- Change of address must be notified immediately to the school office through the principal by the parents.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Peoples are not permitted to:
- Attend school if unwell/ suffering from an infectious disease.
- Bring any money unless specifically asked for.
- Behave in manner injurious to the moral and discipline tone set in the school.
TO PARENTS AND GUARDIAN
The active support and co-operation of parents in all case place and important role regarding success of their child . Parents are requested to co-operate with school authorities in the following manner:
- By ensuring regularity and completion of homework.
- By not engaging private tutors.
- By developing habits of neatness and cleanliness in all respects.
- By calling on the principal to assess the progress of the wards.
- Half day leave is permissible only in case of emergency.
- Correspondence regarding any pupil must bear his / her full name, class, section and ID numbers.
- Report cards will keep the parents informed of the progress of their ward.
- These reports are to be signed and returned in time.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Request for vacations, travel concession forms must be made in writing.
- Pupil will face suspension from classes and will be marked absent if they are not present on the last working day/ reopening day/ both days before/ after vacation.
- Pupils should attend classes on all working days and days ear marked for occasions to be celebrated in school.
- Minimum attendance 75% is required.
- Complaints must be sent in writing.
- Absent for more than 3 days due to any illness must be suspended with a medical certificate.
